Cancellation conditions

If a down payment is provided for and this down payment has not been made by the contracting party in due time, Abenteuer Erzberg may withdraw from the contract without granting a grace period.

Business customers

The business customer (bus companies, incoming agencies, event organisers, etc.) may withdraw from the contract up to 5 days before the agreed date, otherwise a cancellation fee of 20% of the service is due.

Consumer

The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract up to 24 hours before the agreed date, otherwise a cancellation fee of 20% of the service is due.

If the customer does not appear on time on the date stated in the reservation confirmation, Abenteuer Erzberg is under no obligation to perform the contractual service, unless the customer was unable to appear on time due to circumstances of force majeure. If, in this case, Abenteuer Erzberg is able to offer an alternative date, the customer must accept this offered date.

If it is not possible for Abenteuer Erzberg to carry out the service in the agreed form and manner, Abenteuer Erzberg will refund any payment made to the customer without exception. In the case of events, Abenteuer Erzberg reserves the right to adjust the route. In this case there are no further warranty claims or claims for damages against the customer.

Abenteuer Erzberg Business Unit (hereinafter referred to as "Abenteuer Erzberg")

 

1. Booking/Contract conclusion

1.1 A contract or a legally valid booking exists when Abenteuer Erzberg has received the customer's signed confirmation of the reservation based on the existing offer. Electronic declarations are deemed to have been received if Abenteuer Erzberg is able to retrieve them under normal circumstances and they are received during the announced business hours of Abenteuer Erzberg.

2. Terms of payment

2.1 In principle, payment for the service is made on site on the day the offer is used by means of cash, debit card or credit card.

2.2 However, Abenteuer Erzberg reserves the right to conclude the contract with business customers (bus companies, incoming agencies, event organisers, etc.) on condition that the customer pays a deposit. In this case, Abenteuer Erzberg is obliged to inform the customer of the required deposit before accepting the customer's written or verbal order. If the customer agrees to the deposit (in writing or verbally), the contract is concluded upon receipt by Abenteuer Erzberg of the declaration of consent to the payment of the deposit by the contractual partner.

2.3 The contracting party is obliged to pay the deposit at the latest 7 days (received) before the use of the offer.

3. Withdrawal from the contract/Cancellation conditions
